This morning we released an update to the Version Control Buttons within our platform.
Our platform manages changes to policy language through an approval workflow. Designated managers can only approve each new version after a review process has been completed. This update improves the user interface by presenting intuitive controls for editing and writing drafts, review submission, review approval, and publishing. This process makes it easy to submit your next version for review and prevents unauthorized users from making changes to policies without manager approval.
Additionally, users can now filter for and read past versions to help understand the evolution of your policies, procedures, and standards.
